Help Desk/ Control Room Operator English Speaking - Roma - (RM)
Randstad Technologies, a Randstad's Italia specialized division in research, selection and training of ICT profiles , is looking for:
Help desk/ control room Operator English speaking
We are looking for n.4 resources for 1- level operation activities- Control Room
starting immediately, night time availability.
The resources will be integrated in a professional team of a famous international company and will be envolved in the following activities:
- monitoring of real time events on IT systems and infrastructures
and activation of crticial event's escalation procedures;
- proactive monitoring and handling of incident tickets with technical reporting in English.
Required experience and skills:
- O.S. Windows , Linux;
- Excellent knowledge of ICT equipment/systems/infrastructures in general and use of the main desktop tools related to productivity (Microsoft Office/Office365);
- Incident and Problem Management ITIL process management;
- networking knowledge;
- experience gained in the role, even short exp.;
- Excellent knowledge of English lang. (B2)

Way of working:
Night availability divided into two 6-hour shifts (from 18:00 to 24:00, and from 24:00 to 6:00).
