Well, you are the Help desk Manager, for our headquarters in Pfäffikon (Switzerland), we are looking for !
The ideal candidate must be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
The goal is to create value for customers that will help preserve the company's reputation and business.
Your responsibilities include:
• Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Walking the customer through the problem-solving process
• Directing unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Recording events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Following-up and updating customer status and information
• Identifying and suggesting possible improvements on procedures
• You are tech-savvy and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Understanding of technology computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Proficiency in English (at least B2), German (at least B2) and Italian (at least B2)
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Nice to have:
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Leadership attitude
• Any competence in a customer relationship management software (CRM): SalesForce, Zoho, SugarCRM, etc.
