Security System Administrator - Roma - (RM) - (Remote working - Parziale)

You will be the
Security System Administrator
for the Italian Public Sector customers. You will help ensuring their IT environments are kept optimized and healthy. The focus is to do this in a proactive and consultative manner to avoid future issues. This includes guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations and onsite, remote and dedicated support services.
We’re looking for these technical and soft requirements:
• Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management
• Experience on Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019 and Active Directory
• Experience operating system Client and Server configuration, hardening, security patch, and update levels
• Experience of key Active Directory object permission delegation
• Experience in the enterprise customer arena
• Face-to-face customer engagement skills
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills both in English and Italian
• Troubleshooting knowledge & skills
What we offer:
• Hybrid work type solution
• A fixed term contract with a possible extension up to 18 months
• Full-time contract
