Scrum Master - Firenze - (FI) - (Remote working - Parziale)
We are looking for a middle Scrum Master to put on a team for a client
which provides management services in the e-commerce sector
• Must have 10+ years experience in a software development environment.
•Must have 4+ years of Scrum Master experience.
•Must possess a BS in technical field. E.g Mechnical Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) •Leads complex software development, architecture, and integration ecommerce project teams in a fast paced, constantly changing Agile environment.
•Is a team player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment which emphasizes establishment of self- organized teams, surrendering control to the team, being tolerant of imperfection, and exhibiting servant leadership.
•Inspires teams by demonstrating Agile values and ensuring the value behind the practices is understood.
•Facilitates, enforces and defends the sprint delivery while proactively looking ahead to identify and mitigate potential impacts to delivery.
•Continually seeks and helps to implement improvements, within the team and the organization.
•Provides coaching on Agile values and practices while emphasizing continuous improvement.
•Enables individual project teams to share their learning’s with the organization.
•Encourages collaboration and proactively seeks opportunities to improve collaboration.
•Tracks and ensures visibility of historical team metrics and progress of the sprint and release.
•Effectively influences, communicates, and interfaces with external (and at times nonAgile) teams to optimize the timeliness and value being delivered.
•Emphasizes the need for incremental releases, iterative work and prioritization by value and risk.
•Assists with internal and external communication by transparently radiating information, especially relative to historical team metrics, progress towards sprint and release goals, and team capacity.
•Partners with project leads to ensure the team is producing a solution that meets established standards, procedures, and practices.
•Collaborates with project leads to aggressively address issues, risks and mitigation plans.
•Instills a sense of urgency reflecting the goals for the current sprint, upcoming release, and project vision, while passionately emphasizingthe importance of meeting these goals.
•Ensures sprint-based meetings are effectively facilitated, the outcomes are achieved and their cadence is maintained.
•Assists team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, sizing and tasking.
•Proactively identifies and removes blockers, limits work in progress and prevents distractions.
•Facilitates frequent retrospectives, sharing metrics to identify and implement improvements.
•Ensures the team demonstrates principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility as well as the agile values of feedback, communication, courage, simplicity and respect
Remuneration to be established based on the candidate's actual experience and expectation,
