For one of our Partner we're looking for a resource to act as client’s IT Referent. The profile is a professional with extensive experience in the IT field, both on the infrastructure and application side.
The activities are those of a Technical/IT PMO, partially dealing with service management.
Candidates with knowledge and prior experience in the insurance claims area, particularly life/CPI, will be greatly preferred

Location: Hybrid, Remote + Onsite 2/5 (Milan)
Language: Italian ≥ B2, English ≥ B2
Seniority: ≥ 4 years of experience

Activities:
• Coordinates and oversees the daily IT processes in support of the relevant business/service line area, both internal to the Company and integration with third parties (distributors, TPA, Partners)
• Ensures and coordinates the daily monitoring of critical activities such as the execution of processing chains and IT communication processes (IT flow exchange, service operation, connectivity)
• Monitor incidents and support requests, coordinating, where necessary, the external suppliers involved in application supervision activities and ensuring compliance with the service levels agreed with the business
• Manages communication with stakeholders on the progress of the project by preparing the necessary documentation
• As part of the delivery activities in charge of the reference service line, he is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the IT activities required, in coordination with the Project Manager.

Skills required:
• Ability to correctly address customer requests towards the various technical areas
• Experience translating business requirements into high-level technical requirements
• Ability to abstract high-level technical issues
• Knowledge of the insurance claims area, in particular of the life/CPI branches
• Usage of MS Project
