For one of our Partner, we're looking for the role of the Network Operations Center (NOC) Expert, a person with the essential duties of overseeing, sustaining, and enhancing the organization's network infrastructure.

Languages: English B2 or higher
Location: Full Remote

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security using network monitoring tools; perform batches, create reports to identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
• Respond to network alerts promptly, troubleshooting to diagnose the root cause identifying and addressing network issues before they escalate into significant problems
• Acknowledge, document, and escalate network incidents following predefined procedures; generate reports on network incidents, outages, and metrics for management review
• E2E coordination and run of Ops. level control within the Incident Management workflow; provide timely updates on incident status communicating them to National Authorities and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLAs
• Identify service-related issues from monitoring and performance management tools to allocate complex problems to the specialized NW&IT Operation Team’s
• Perform planned and on-demand operational support activities identifying opportunities and suggest improvements to the network infrastructure; collaborate with network engineers to implement performance optimization strategies
• Perform network troubleshooting to resolve network-related problems, using networking protocols and technologies knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, etc.) to troubleshoot effectively
• Assist in implementing network configuration change, ensuring minimal operations disruption
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures; contribute to knowledge base articles to enhance the efficiency of the NOC team

Qualifications and Key Capabilities
• Proven experience in network operations, network administration, or a similar role.
• Broad understanding of NW/IT, Telecommunication & Entertainment services and strong comprehension of networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Project Management skills.
• Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent, are desirable.
