Role and responsibilities
You will be part of the practice HCM, an area that takes care of the success of our customers in their HCM business processes, working closely with them to implement Successfactors products.
You will be responsible for:
- Carry out analysis sessions with customers to collect both functional and technical requirements on business processes, and being responsible for SuccessFactors configuration;
- Proactive participation during UAT sessions;
- Training users on SAP SuccessFactors products;
- Creating effective visual presentations;
- Being a mentor and a Team Leader of junior consultants;
Required Skills?
- At least 3 years end to end SuccessFactors Talent Management modules implementation experience;
- Deep knowledge in configuration of SuccessFactors Talent modules;
- Deep knowledge of Employee Central and Talent management business processes;
- Ability to work in a global environment, on multiple projects at the same time;
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and in cooperation with a virtual Team;
- Must be fluent in English and in Italian both written and spoken;
- Availability to travel, also abroad;
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies;
It will be considered a plus:
- Knowledge and experience of any other Successfactors modules;
- Experience in SAP HCM on premise modules;
- Certification in one of the Talent modules (LMS, Compensation, Performance);
