For one of our Partner, we're looking for a Project Manager - Payments for one of our clients in the banking industry.
The ideal candidate should have a strong experience in the payment industry particularly in the cards scheme (issuing/ acquiring).
Responsibilities:
- Act as a PMO to manage and supervise project related activities (planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting to clients and stakeholders involved)
- Manage go-to-market initiatives and programmes related to issuing and acquiring products (e.g. click-to-pay, Instalment services, premium cards, RTP Prevent)
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (business/IT/marketing/risk&compliance)
- Be owner of the project streams and guarantee that projects milestones are achieved on time
- Schedule recurring meetings with both clients and stakeholders to highlight weekly project progress (milestones achieved, risks and issues if any)
Requirements:
- At least 6-10 years of experience in payments with a strong focus on project and product management in payments industry
- Deep knowledge of the payments industry with particular focus on cards scheme (e.g. VISA/ MasterCard) both for Issuing and Acquiring
- Deep knowledge of issuing and acquiring payments products (e.g. click-to-pay, Instalment services, premium cards)
- Strong expertise in projects management (Preparing & facilitating Steering Committees, workstream management, risk & issue management, coordination of activities/ actions/ issues)
- Language: Italian at least B2 level and English at least C1 level
Position: Hybrid – potential presence in the UK office on ad hoc base
