Role and responsibilities
You will be part of Ardenta, a company of the Avvale Group that develops software solutions dedicated to Planning and Management Control for the banking, insurance, and credit sectors.
The sought-after candidate will be integrated into the team of consultants working on projects at credit institutions. He/she will be responsible for analyzing user requirements and business needs to detail functional specifications and implement them at the application level.
We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to take responsibility for functional and application-related activities within projects in the banking sector. The candidate should have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform tasks in the assigned project, including the following phases: application and process assessment, requirements gathering, and validation and testing activities. This role will serve as the functional point of reference for the project, collaborating with internal teams and the client.
Required skills:
- Bachelor/Master degree;
- 3-6 years of experience in similar roles;
- Experience in the field of Banking Finance, a plus is to have participated in projects in the area of application of the CFO (Management Control, Accounting,....)
- Interpersonal and interaction skills with colleagues and the end customer (in formal and verbal mode)
- Analytical, problem-solving and stress management skills
- Result orientation, flexibility, determination
- Ability to estimate time, effort, specific activity planning
- Excellent use of Office package, especially Excel
- A plus knowledge of SQL language
- Knowledge of English
