For one of our Partners in the Payment sector, we are looking for a Payment Acceptance Support (Project Manager).
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the implementation of the POS acceptance solution and infrastructure;
• Build and monitor all POS and ATM business requirements and project plans;
• Produce product specifications and documentation for all POS acceptance and other-schemas cardholders sales solutions (as required);
• Conduct site visits and discovery sessions to identify operational requirements;
• Supervise POS system software and hardware configuration tests;
• Provide support for the development of required daily reporting across product categories with the acquirer;
• Develop a POS Help Desk plan;
• Develop POS and other-schemas cardholders sales training materials (as required) and troubleshooting materials for all onsite Event staff.
Preferred Skillset/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent expertise in the Financial Services Industry;
• Knowledge of local financial services/acquiring systems;
• Proficient in MS Office Suite;
• Fluency in Italian and English.
Location: onsite in Milan (Italy). It might be required to travel for a few days/month.
