Role and responsibilities
You will be part of the team Information System & Information Technology, the area that provides applications and systems to support business processes, supplies IT support for daily operations and, above all, manage the group’s cyber security globally, safeguarding the organization’s digital assets, networks, and sensitive data from cyber threats through proactive monitoring and response measures.

You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team based in Milan, gradually managing and coordinating the group's security-related activities, initially focusing on more operational and specific tasks.


You will be required to deal with:

  • Threat detection, monitoring systems to spot potential risks, vulnerabilities, or anomalies using advanced tools;
  • Incident response, to contain, mitigate, and investigate threats.
  • Risk and vulnerability assessment;
  • Security policy and best practices development to ensure regulatory compliance and secure configurations;
  • Data Protection and security audits, in order to confirm regulatory adherence and identify improvements;
  • Continuous Learning, staying updated on emerging cyber threats and technologies.


Required Skills

  • Technical/IT background;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Familiarity with regulatory references and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA);
  • Preferred qualifications include having obtained the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CRISC;
  • Experience working with common security tools and methodologies;
  • Excellent relational, corporate sensibility and team-working skills;
  • Good written and verbal communication;
  • Flexibility, excellent analytical, managerial and relational skills;
  • Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science or related field;
  • Fluent knowledge of English.
