The Role

For one of our Partners, we are looking for a Senior Payment Consultant with extensive experience in the acquiring sector to support an international client in redesigning and optimizing the merchant onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both POS and e-commerce acquiring.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and redesign merchant onboarding processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement innovative payment solutions.
• Provide strategic and operational consulting on acquiring topics, with a focus on POS and e-commerce.
• Monitor the performance of implemented processes and propose continuous improvements.
• Stay updated on regulations and best practices in the payments industry

What We Expect From You:

• Proven experience in the acquiring sector, both POS and e-commerce.
• Knowledge of regulations and emerging technologies in the payments sector.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Degree in Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
