The Role:
Herzum is seeking a Payment Acceptance Support (Project Manager) to join our team and assist one of our Clients in the Payment sector.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of the POS acceptance solution and infrastructure.
- Build and monitor all POS and ATM business requirements and project plans.
- Produce product specifications and documentation of all POS acceptance and other-schemas cardholders sales solutions (as required).
- Conduct site and discovery sessions to identify operational requirement.
- Supervise POS system software and hardware configuration tests.
- Provide support for the development of required daily reporting across product categories with acquirer
- Develop POS Help Desk plan.
- Develop POS and other-schemas cardholders sales training (as required) and troubleshooting materials for all onsite Event staff.
What We Expect From You:
- Bachelors in IT or equivalent expertise in Financial Services Industry.
- Knowledge of local financial services/acquiring system.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
Location: onsite in Milan (Italy). It might be required to travel for a few days/month.
