Open Position: Business Process Analyst

To strengthen our international team, we are seeking a Business Process Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, mapping and optimizing business processes, working closely with various departments to enhance efficiency, collaboration and digitalization — with a particular focus on Atlassian tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and communication;
  • Use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) to support digital transformation;
  • Promote Agile and DevOps methodologies;
  • Provide analysis and consulting support to various business areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.);
  • Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have: German language skills.

Work mode: 100% remote.
