Senior Sistemista Networking
Per cliente in ambito bancario, ricerchiamo un Senior Sistemista Networking con ottime competenze CISCO, che opererà su infrastrutture di rete complesse e su ambienti enterprise di grandi dimensioni, fornendo supporto specialistico e contribuendo ad attività progettuali.
Responsabilità principali:
- 2nd and 3rd Level Support for Network area tickets (Incident, Problem, Change-Management)
- Implementation of requests in alignment with project manager / client and the Team
- Planning, implementation, and administration of the Network Hardware and services under our responsibility
- Installation, configuration and administration of Network Hardware and services
- Provide support in the capacity, problem, incident and availability management of the Network environment
- Support on security, compliance and best practice configurations and implementation
- Evaluation and testing of new products and features
- Support in Network Design, implementation and administration
Competenze tecniche richieste:
- Advanced skills in configuring, managing and troubleshooting requests/problems/projects related to local/international Networks (L2 and L3 technologies/protocols)
- Solid knowledge on diverse Cisco platforms and products (Example Nexus, Catalyst)
- Good understanding of Optical/DWDM infrastructure
- Experience to work on Projects (provide support as a Subject Matter Expert)
- Knowledge on scripting and automation (would be a benefit but not a must)
- Experience on complex environments and large scale Networks
- General knowledge on Hardware setup and Management (Tooling etc..)
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken
- Open to work on new technologies
- Willingness to participate in out of business hours support (weekend changes)
- Good attitude towards working in a global team over different countries and with teams in different environments (example Server/Storage/Cloud etc..)
Esperienza e qualifiche:
- Esperienza richiesta: Almeno 7–10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente maturata in contesti strutturati
- Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
