Jr Telecommunication Architect Engineer

The Role:

We are seeking a talented Junior Telecommunication Architect to join our Milan-based engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of a leading-edge Modem IP Core.
The Junior resource will be integrated into a team of experienced Architects. This environment will ensures to have the full support, guidance, and technical backing of senior peers who are leading the same project, fostering a collaborative space for professional growth and architectural excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Contribute to the architectural design and development of next-generation Modem IP Cores within a collaborative team environment.

• System Modeling: Implement and simulate digital signal processing (DSP) systems using MATLAB/Simulink to ensure optimal performance.

• Innovation: Explore and apply machine learning paradigms to telecommunication applications to solve complex communication challenges.

• Peer Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Architecture team to align technical solutions with industry-leading standards.
Qualifications & Technical Skills.

Skills:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on signal processing.
• DSP Expertise: Solid knowledge of Digital Signal Processing algorithms and methodologies.

• Modeling Tools: Proficiency in modeling and simulation of DSP systems using MATLAB/Simulink.

• Machine Learning: Strong interest and understanding of Machine Learning paradigms applied to telecommunications.

• Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Soft Skills: A proactive team player mindset with a strong desire to learn from a high-level technical environment.
