Expert / Senior Business Analyst PMO

For our Client, we are looking for a highly experienced Expert / Senior Business Analyst PMO with strong expertise in PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe and Agile methodologies to support a strategic IT transformation program at executive and steering committee level.

Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership in establishing, managing, and continuously improving the PMO within a large strategic IT program
- Define and enhance project management standards, methodologies, templates, and tools
- Lead program and project controlling activities, including budget management, scope management, timeline tracking, quality assurance, risk management, and resource management
- Prepare executive-level reports, decision-making documents, and status updates for the Steering Committee and Board members
- Ensure effective stakeholder and communication management at all levels
- Guarantee compliance with program governance standards
- Act as the main interface between Business Analysts and Program Management
- Report directly to the Program Director

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO roles within large-scale and complex IT programs/projects
- Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, and Agile frameworks)
- Proven track record in program controlling, budget & financial tracking, risk and quality management, and executive-level reporting
- Extensive experience in preparing materials for Steering Committees and Board members
- German language skills at C2 level

Workplace: Onsite presence at the Client’s location in Switzerland is required (up to 100% depending on project phase). Remote work is permitted only from within Switzerland.
