Quality Assurance Test Engineers (BIN)

Open Position: Quality Assurance Test Engineers (4-6 years of experience)

To strengthen our international team, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Test Engineers to support one of our clients in the TelCo sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Test and validate solutions against user stories, technical stories, and AI acceptance criteria, covering functional an non-functional requirements, leveraging automation where possible, including validation of GenAI outputs and API responses.
- Debug test failures and provide root cause analysis and corrective actions to software, data, and platform engineering teams.
- Identify, record, monitor, and manage functional, non-functional, and AI-related defects.
- Track quality assurance metrics such as defect density, defect leakage, early-life incidents, and AI quality indicators (e.g. response consistency, latency).
- Design and implement SIT, system, acceptance, and AI validation tests across traditional and cloud-native environments, in compliance with TMMi L3 testing standards.
- Understands and uses appropriate automated testing processes and tools. Automate test suites using tools such as e.g. Jenkins, Autify, Selenium, Cucumber, Cypres, etc.

Knowledge and Experience
- Supports knowledge management and collaboration through participation in testing discussions, communities, and continuous improvement initiatives, including AI testing practices.
- Joins in test plan preparation, including test strategies for cloud and GenAI components.
- Analyses the results of the testing process, detection root causes and recommends solutions.
- Experienced in leading and aligning multiple teams on automation and quality strategy and release readiness.
- Participates in one or more initiatives such as Telecom, BI, Mobile testing, SharePoint, Performance, Usability, Cloud, and GenAI platforms.
- Focusing on test automation and work on developing and improving test strategies.

Must have technical & professional qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in software testing is required.
- ISTQB Certified.
- Proven experience in test automation.
- Advanced Python skills for building reusable test libraries and JavaScript, or Java.
- Hands-on test automation experience in Python, JavaScript, or Java using modern frameworks such as on modern frameworks such as pytest, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman/ Rest API Testing.
- Experience with using Google Cloud Platform and cloud-hosted applications.
- Git and Github knowledge.
- Strong automation design capabilities including CI/CD integration and feature flagging.
- Proficient in Web Services testing (REST, SOAP), both manual and automated.
- Experience with SQL and database.
- Skilled in identifying risks early and driving remediation through thorough requirements analysis and risk-based test design.
- Good Knowledge in HP ALM test management tools is a required.
- Active in perusing Learning opportunities.
