GCP Cloud Architect

Work mode: Full Remote

We are looking for a GCP cloud architect for an international Telco provider.

Context:

The resource will work on a complex environment covering the entire GCP landscape, with a strong focus on architecture, governance, and security. The role requires a senior professional able to operate fully autonomously. A strong focus is required on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and User Access Management (UAM), including integration with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the end-to-end GCP architecture;
• Act as the main point of reference for GCP-related topics within the project;
• Define and enforce best practices, governance, and security standards;
• Work independently and take ownership of architectural decisions;
• Design and manage IAM and UAM frameworks;
• Handle identity integration with external systems (e.g. SSO, federated identity providers);
• Support integration, optimization, and potential evolution of the platform.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience as a GCP Cloud Architect in enterprise environments;
• Strong seniority and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Deep knowledge of:
• GCP core services;
• IAM (Identity and Access Management);
• User Access Management (UAM).
• Hands-on experience with:
• Identity federation and external integrations;
• Security and access governance in cloud environments;
• Experience in complex, multi-project GCP setups.

Duration: 3 months + possible extension of 1 year

Daily rate: to be agreed based on the candidate’s experience and skills
